White Teeth

One of the main questions I receive is how I keep my teeth so white. Well my answer to that is actually pretty simple, I brush my teeth twice a day and always FLOSS! I feel flossing is one of the most beneficial things you could do for your teeth, and tell me it wouldn’t feel great to be able to actually tell the truth when your dentist ask if you’ve been flossing daily?

Flossing removes plaque that builds up on and between your teeth, which also helps prevent heart problems because it prevents the plaque from traveling from your gums to your heart. Flossing just 2-3 times a week is beneficial and is far better than not flossing at all.

I  try to drink more water then any other beverage but when I do decided to drink something with a darker color I always try to drink it with a straw.

That’s about all I do as of now, but I have done some crazy things in the past that have probably helped me maintain my white smile all the way till today.

I used to dampen my tooth brush and stick it baking soda then put my tooth paste on the tooth brush and brush my teeth.
I have also used the crest white strips in the past, but I honestly don’t feel like the results I received were worth how sensitive my teeth would feel afterwards.
