What is H.I.I.T?
H.I.I.t stands for high intensity interval training.

What does high intensity interval training mean?

High intensity interval training is a exercise strategy where you alternate between periods of short intense cardio activities followed by less intense recover periods.

High intensity interval training circuits are usually short intense workouts.

these workouts increase fat burned, along with athletic conditioning and improved glucose metabolism.

Example of a H.I.I.T workout:

Warm up Walk: 5 minutes
(Nearly Max) Sprint :20-1:00
Walk/jog: :20-:30
Cool down walk: 5 minutes

(The Walk/jog should be just %50 intensity)
