1. Carry a water bottle with you at all times
Staying hydrated is important. If you have water with you at all times you have no excuses.
2. sleep in your workout clothes
if you have trouble getting up early for your workouts go to sleep In your workout clothes so all you have to do is get up and get out the door!
3. Create a pumped up playlist
Music is a great tool to use when you feel unmotivated and don’t want to move. There are usually a few songs that you know just make you want to dance. put those songs on a playlist and listen to them when you need to workout but don’t have the motivation.
4. Double or triple your meals.
Preparing larger amounts of healthy foods makes it easy to be prepared for the days to come. prepare double or triple the amount of food you would usually make and store the rest in food safe containers in the fridge for lunch or snacks the next day or two. Then when you are hungry and don’t feel like making a healthy dish you can just heat up your left overs.
5.Start out slow
If your a beginner progress into your workout routine. start out slow so you don’t burn out. try 20 minutes of activity 3 times a week and work your way up from there.
